The Company is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence number MGA/B2C/818/2020.

This B2C Gaming Service Licence authorises the Company to provide remote gaming services in accordance with the Gaming Act (Chapter 583 of the Laws of Malta) and subsidiary legislation issued thereunder.

The licence permits the provision of the following regulated gaming services:

Type 1 Gaming Services – Casino games based on a Random Number Generator (RNG), including but not limited to slots, table games, and similar games of chance.

Type 2 Gaming Services – Fixed-odds betting, including live/in-play betting.

Licence validity and status may be independently verified via the MGA public register available on the official website of the Malta Gaming Authority.
